Departures from other cities and other travel dates are quoted based on rates from the city requested. All other cities are quoted based upon available flight rates. Airport Transfers are included in the package price when arriving on planned flights booked with Better Than Blessed Travels. If you are booking your own flight, but will arrive with the group, roundtrip transfers are $25 per person. Those arriving at other times, we can arrange transfers for you as well.

Insurance must be added to your booking within 15 days of providing names and no later than final payment date. Once purchased, your plan cost is non-refundable. For both insurance options, you will receive a refund in the original form of payment or voucher less any cancellations fees based on time of cancellation. For vacation protection such as trip interruption, trip delay, or lost baggage; I can quote those if needed. Check with your credit card company to see if this coverage is available with your credit card first.

Q:Is this trip non-refundable?

A:The $50 or $150 deposit is non-refundable. The remaining payments are refundable if you take vacation insurance based on insurance options less cancellation fees.

Q:Are there any Covid-19 Requirements?

A:Currently, there are no covid restrictions. 

Q:How do I make my hotel reservations?

A:Your hotel reservation will be made on your initial room request and is included in the total land package.

Q:Can anyone go on the trip?

A:Yes, this trip is open to anyone who would like to join in. 

Q:Will there be group activities while on the trip?

A:Yes, see the proposed itinerary. We are currently working out the final details. 

Q:What is All-Inclusive?

A:All inclusive means that your accommodations, food, drink including alcoholic beverages, and entertainment is included in the price of your stay.

Q:What if I want to attend for less than the 6 days?

A:Fill out the registration form for the days that you want to come and you will receive a quote based on those dates only. Flight options will be provided as well.
