Memphis & Nashville flights will be on the same transfer to the hotel as your arrival & departure flights are together

Upon arrival pass through passport control, collect your bags, proceed to customs and then to the EXIT. Outside you will see Nexus Tours reps wearing orange shirts, displaying branded signage "Poe Family" ready to escort you to the transportation to the resort.

The return transfer time will be provided 48hrs prior to departure via what's app text messages.

Q:Is this trip non-refundable?

A:The $50 or $200 deposit is non-refundable. The remaining payments are refundable if you take vacation insurance based on insurance options less cancellation fees.

A:Currently, there are no covid restrictions. 

Q:How do I make my hotel reservations?

A:Your hotel reservation will be made on your initial room request and is included in the total land package.

Q:Will there be group activities while on the trip?

Q:What is All-Inclusive?

A:All inclusive means that your accommodations, food, drink including alcoholic beverages, and entertainment is included in the price of your stay.

Q:What if I want to attend for less than the 5 days?

A:Fill out the registration form for the days that you want to come and you will receive a quote based on those dates only. Flight options will be provided as well.
